Pros (+) It's a predictable chain hotel. Breakfast and newspaper included. Overall appeared to be sufficiently clean. Good location.
Cons (-) I don't think this hotel is very old, but it looks like they're deferring maintenance and/or some of the construction is showing premature age. The ceiling/vent in the breakfast area is one example. Lamps in the room have already seen better days.
