Very Poor Customer Service
I suppose the location might be nice.
Georgetown Inn West End says NO to Customer Service I inadvertently made a reservation at this hotel. I did not know I had paid for a room through booking.com until three days after I paid. However, the hotel staff rudely and apathetically told me they could not do anything about this issue. Robot-like, Grace told me about their cancellation policy over and over but did not offer to assist me in any way, even though I was unaware of the reservation and, obviously, unaware of the cancellation policy. To recap, despite not being aware of a reservation at the Georgetown Inn West End and not stepping foot into the Georgetown Inn West End, I was charged for a full night's stay at the Georgetown Inn West End. Terrible customer service experience. Stay away!
