Clean, beautiful room, bed was very comfortable, good food.
the air conditioner was noisy.
Very nice, large, clean rooms.
Under construction. Gets noisy well before 8am says it's in Georgetown but really it's east of it. Not a lot walking distance
Several smokers on our floor.
Near perfect stay
Everything very pricey, but not out of line with the area.
Great location. Very clean room and bathroom. Great ambiance in the area.
The air conditioner in the room would keep automatically changing to the heater setting.
From the staff to the amenities, enjoyed the room, restaurant and proximity in DC.
WiFi in room should be free and food pricey.
Facility was quiet, clean and showed a high level of attention to detail. Concierge was very helpful for dinner recommendations and provided a perfect location that was not readily found via standard web based search.
Gym staff was inattentive and actually were playing 2 types of music very loudly at the same time!
Excellent hotel overall
Overall, a nice hotel and had a good stay. I especially enjoyed the gym, which was the best hotel gym I've ever tried - had a lifting platform, power racks, and dumbbells going up to 120 lbs. My only complaint would be the daily parking fee, nearly $50 a day. Nearby garages seemed to be charging $20-$25 a day.
Great, but wireless fee was ridiculous
Overall hotel was in great condition and price was right.
Wireless charge of like $15 is ridiculous in this day and age.
Top notch hotel
Extremely impressed by staff, facilities, comfort, cleanliness and overall level of quality.
Very nice hotel. Lobby was well designed and appealing. Room was spacious and welcoming
No major dislikes.
gold member lounge
Walking distance to shopping
The staff were very noisy--our room was next to a service room and the door kept slamming all night. Towels were stained. Room service was not good either. For the money they charged, it was not worth it.
when I turned up they said they did not have my reservation in spite of my booking.com confirmation and they said they were full. this was at 9.30 pm and they were prepared to put me in a taxi and send me away to find another hotel room. I was actually suffering from gastroenteritis and I needed to lie down so I made a fuss and they eventually found me a room- absolutely appalling and they tried to blame booking.com!!
The staff was very attentive and friendly and the room was luxurious. Hotel is in a desirable location for business or sightseeing and I enjoyed being able to walk to local cafes.
The room rate was high even considering the amenities.
I like the location of the hotel.Near all the tourist actractions. I would also like to take this time to talk about two staff members. One staff was working behing the bar. I cant remember his name but he was from morocco. He was very friendly, helpfull and always had a service with a smile. He talks to the coustmers and makes you feel at home. Another staff member was female. She worked as a conserage. She was americian. She wears glasses. While I was there she seemed to work during the evening/night. These two staff members are the standard for all staff in your hotel. I would be greatful if you pass this masage to your two staff members in questiob.
The hotel staff was particularly helpful - in 10 minutes I was checked in, had my President's Club membership information updated, and got a complimentary upgrade on a night that almost every room in the city was booked.
Room service choices after hours are limited to only pasta
Its a beautiful hotel in the heart of Foggy Bottom. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean.
The restaurant is pricey for breakfast.
absolutely excellent fitness centre. very spacious room. great hotel location for visiting Georgetown area. very helpful staff.
Luxury, comfort, excellent service. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I have traveled around the world and stayed at many hotels, the Fairmont was the best hotel I have stayed at.
No, everything was as it is supposed to be in a 5 star luxury hotel.
Everything at the the hotel was top of the line, from the staff to the pillows. They gave new gym cloth in order to stay at the fitness center until it was time to go to the airport. Thank you.
The bathroom shower need a little update.
