Facility was quiet, clean and showed a high level of attention to detail. Concierge was very helpful for dinner recommendations and provided a perfect location that was not readily found via standard web based search.
Gym staff was inattentive and actually were playing 2 types of music very loudly at the same time!
Overall, a nice hotel and had a good stay. I especially enjoyed the gym, which was the best hotel gym I've ever tried - had a lifting platform, power racks, and dumbbells going up to 120 lbs. My only complaint would be the daily parking fee, nearly $50 a day. Nearby garages seemed to be charging $20-$25 a day.
Overall hotel was in great condition and price was right.
Wireless charge of like $15 is ridiculous in this day and age.
Extremely impressed by staff, facilities, comfort, cleanliness and overall level of quality.
Very nice hotel. Lobby was well designed and appealing. Room was spacious and welcoming
No major dislikes.
Decent room, nice lobby, comfortable bed
slow, to non-existent service in the lobby lounge, room wasnt ready until after 4PM. Rooms are smaller in size, and bathroom is not of the caliber of a 5 star hotel
Clean and professional
The courtyard was absolutely beautiful, day and night. The lobby was great for enjoying a snack and drink in the evening. We loved that we were able to print our boarding passes in the lobby for free at a kiosk. The beds were super comfortable.
There was a sticky residue of liquid spilled under the sink in the bathroom and a large amount of black sediment in the sink. The black stuff in the sink looked like someone had emptied a sweep pan or a filter of some sort and didn't rinse it out at all.
Beautiful grounds and room was very nice. I loved being on the courtyard side and being able to open my doors to let in fresh air and to hear the birds was very nice. Conveniently located to Georgetown shops, restaurants and harbor.Only a few blocks to the Metro.
The internet was not very good and very difficult to use.I was locked out of my room while getting ice because my key wouldn't work. I had to go to the front desk and waited for quite a while to be escorted back to my room to verify who I was. Our last day the water was scalding hot and we couldn't get any cold water even the water in the toilet was steaming hot.
Great room and service, beautiful common areas especially the garden, extremely friendly and helpful staff
the pool is shared with a fitness club with externals/non-guests and usage for children was very restricted; also details on pool times etc were communicated incorrectly and led to a big disappointment one afternoon for our 4 year old (and for older children of other guests who received same wrong information)
The staff was universally rude. Our room's toilet broke and flooded the bathroom. They "fixed" it, and then it happened again. Would not stay here again given all the other options in the immediate area.
Several times during our stay, we found various staff members extremely helpful and always cheerful!
When we stay in $50 rooms in little Maine motels, the WiFi is free and as fast or faster than here! For $10-15, I expected much better.
Comfortable stay, clean rooms, great staff.
No outlet next to the bed for cell phone charger.
- Location is good. - Staff is excellent. They took great care of us. - Many thanks for letting us use the gym showers after our athletic event, even though we had already checked out.
- Air conditioning so loud, it was similar to a Day's Inn. - Expensive parking. The parking fee increased 20% from the time I booked the room ($40/night) to the time I stayed ($48/night). Hotel should hold the parking rate for reservations locked in months prior to a rate increase.
