We stayed at the suite with the stairs. Wonderful balcony and room overall. With the design had the bathroom near the bed instead of downstairs but overall, we loved it.

Cons (-) The night manager Keith doesn’t care about any of the guest complaints. Walls are paper thin and can hear the guests above you walking around all night

Pros (+) This hotel is located right down the street from all of the gay bars and clubs.
Cons (-) The parking garage is poorly designed. It requires a valet because spots are doubled up with two cars in one spot. It’s also right in front of the lobby entrance making the entry hideous.

Pros (+) The closeness to everything in LA. Good spot to stay in and on the better side of Santa Monica Blvd.

Pros (+) It's close to where we wanted to go and there was some decent restaurants down Santa Monica. The staff was also nice and helpful.
Cons (-) The shower head is made for somebody who's shorter than 5ft. Kind of hard to wash my hair.
