Pros (+) Nice pool and courtyard with a grill but if you plan on grilling bring your own utensils. My room was a recent renovation and the hotel looked like it was quietly being renovated. They have a very good hot breakfast which adds to the value of this hotel.
Cons (-) My phone did not work and my sisters room was not serviced one day out of three. That was strange.

Pros (+) Check in was friendly.
Cons (-) We booked at Chicago Club Inn because it advertised a bar. Once we got there, no bar. The place needed vacuumed really bad.

Pros (+) Our room was comfortable and it smelled good! Breakfast is big and good. Staff was very nice.
Cons (-) There were a couple amenities advertised that were not actually available. There is not a hot tub. It turned out to be kind of a party hotel so it was load and smelly in the hallway.

Pros (+) Stayed for the grand opening weekend. Staff was friendly, breakfast was good. Beautiful lobby and courtyard. The price was excellent and was the first to enjoy the room. Located next to shopping outlet. Would definitely stay again for my next Chicago visit.

Pros (+) The amenities were excellent. Wonderful free breakfast, great coffee, indoor pool, awesome commons areas to have guests over, beautiful courtyard. Big room with porch.
Cons (-) We almost cancelled due to other bad reviews but we're very happy with our room and the hotel in general. The staff was very nice and although we did have an issue with the AC, they got it right ASAP and everything went well. WILL stay again when visiting family in the area.. Nice place to have people come meet u at to visit.
