Cons (-) Where do i begin...first of all I when to the bar for a drink at about 8 pm, 8 others were sitting there and no bar tender in sight, i finally asked the group if the bar was closed to which they replied its still open but the service is horrible and the bartender keeps leaving... after about 10 mins with no bartender in sight i finally went into the employees only area and asked if I could get a d...

Pros (+) Key stopped working after first use. Battery in key lock needed to be changed. The heating/air conditioning had a mind of its own...kept us up all night. Room needs updating.

Cons (-) The stay was the worst experience I have ever had. The hot tub was very dirty. It had sand in it. Who knows when the last time it was cleaned. The pool was dirty as well. There was bottle caps in the room which tells me the room was not clean properly. My husband has been a Hilton honors member since 2012. Pros (+) Nice hotel near downtown Whittier with restaurants close by. Comfortable beds, clean room, nice and pleasant staff, good room service (breakfast in morning and it was on time!), and nice view. We've stayed here before and would stay again!
