Liked the last minute deal to make the stay affordable since it was just a quick overnight stay while we were traveling - but didn't love that compromised on service or common, basic amenities
Informed front desk staff that day we would arrive approx 12:45am. When we got to hotel, there was no one at the walk up window, service bell removed. Waited outside for 20+ min - no one insight. Room appeared clean but roaches in bathroom.breakfast fai
