Pros (+) The room we initially received was well below normal Hampton standards in cleanliness, quality and detail. I brought this up to front office staff (sorry don't know his name) and he was extremely helpful, addressed my concerns by going up to the room and seeing my issues, then put us in another room. The building is 20 years old so one needs to remember this when booking. However, it was an enjoya...
Cons (-) The ceiling panels were moldy, the walls were beaten up, there was black stuff in the ceiling corners, the smoke detector was falling off the wall, the bedspreads were grey instead of white.
