7.0 Good
Pros: Location near the freeway (I-5). Clean.
Cons: Though it is updated, it is an older hotel...the AC/heat is loud. The "old school" doors (joining rooms) are thin...got woke early by a screaming child next door...and continued to listen to the kid screaming for a couple of hours. Beds are too soft.
4.0 OK
Pros: It was clean, staff were helpful.
Cons: We got luck of the draw, we were in the first floor, near the door, nearest the highway. It was loud with the road traffic, the door slamming, & lucky to have fireworks going off outside our room. Our stay would've been better if not for room location
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Ended up with two double beds instead of a King or Queen
6.0 Good
Cons: We were given 2 double beds as opposed to our choice of 2 Queen beds. Because of this we were a bit frustrated with the cramped quarters and did not sleep well.

6.0 Good
Pros: Room was in the basement. Car headlights pointed directly into our room. Breakfast was terrible. Fruit was old and mushy. Hot food bind were empty and they were out of coffee. I saw staff taking breakfast into the back room while we went without. Poor choice of yogurt, cereal and just oration scrambled eggs with cheap sausage. Waffles weren't too good even though you made it you self.
Cons: See above.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: clean room... very professional staff i would say they need a little mainance in bath but otherwise very nice.

Cons: Beds ok, hotel not all that clean
4.2 OK
Pros: After moving to my third room it was acceptable. The WIFI is pretty good. The location is convenient to the company I am performing services for.
Cons: The whole place stunk of pot. My first room was next to a room rented to a business and they played loud pounding music all day and night. It was so annoying it raised my blood pressure. I asked to be moved. The room they moved me to had the window open so I could not smell an odor at first. After closing the window I started to smell a pet urine in the carpet. It was so bad it was causing my sinus to hurt and my throat. I got the front desk to put something down to try to cover the smell. It was so late after getting back from work and moving to the new room and eating I did not want to try and move again. Finally, the room keys don't work so you have to have the front desk let you in whenever you get back to the hotel. Incredibly annoying. It's been 2 weeks and they still don't have it fixed.
6.5 Good
Pros: I arrived late in the night, got checked in quickly, and found my way to my room. The room was fairly clean. The bathroom was dirty, especially the tiles. The A/C worked fine. The bed was comfortable. Though close to the freeway, I didn't hear it. I was on the second floor as well and didn't hear any noise after 11pm.
Cons: The bathroom could have been more clean.

9.4 Excellent
Pros: I arrived late (11pm) and the night staff was incredibly polite and helpful. The queen room I stayed in was small, but very comfortable. The television appeared new, and the bathroom seemed to have been recently remodeled. It looked very new and updated. The bed was comfortable, and the sheets clean. The shower was excellent, with good pressure. The inn was away from the busy roads, and it was very quiet.
Cons: The queen bed in the room was pressed up against a wall. This is necessary because of the size of the room, and the table present in the room. However, if I wasn't traveling alone, this could have been bothersome. There were a couple small flies in the room. I believe this happened because the outside window was left open (however, with a screen) after it was left clean for airflow. I'm glad the window was open, but the flies were a little irritating as I was trying to sleep.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Spent an hour on the Internet trying to find an overnight place that was rated Clean and within our budget in the Portland area. Ran across them and booked hesitantly, as the price/location seemed too good to be true. Walked into our room and it smelled dank and wet, then noticed the carpets had been cleaned that day but the windows not open. Desk was wonderful and apologetic, moved us next store. We considered clean carpets a good sign! Room was functional and comfortable, nothing fAncy but clean and a great night sleep. Super location by everything! Told front desk we'll be back often (tax-free shoppers!)
