The amenities, including hot springs, unique events such as drum shows and mochi making, and various activities, were highlights for many visitors. Breakfast and other meals were generally well received, especially the buffet and local cuisine, though a few guests noted some inconsistency in dinner quality. Cleanliness and room spaciousness were also appreciated, contributing to a comfortable and relaxing stay.
