Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location and convenience for exploring the area. Many found the staff friendly and helpful, and several reviews mentioned clean and comfortable rooms. However, there were repeated complaints about service issues, including unhelpful or rude front desk staff, problems with room keys, and poor communication.
