Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, generous breakfast options, and spacious rooms. Many found the staff friendly and helpful, and appreciated amenities like laundry facilities and room upgrades. However, several reviews mention issues with service, particularly communication difficulties and unresponsiveness, as well as occasional cleanliness concerns such as smoke smells and maintenance problems. Despite some outdated features and noise from nearby construction, the overall value for price and comfort are highlighted as positives.
