Pros (+) Absolutely nothing. I would never stay there to be honest.
Cons (-) The lobby was run down w/ nasty furniture and it smelled. The breakfast bar/lobby/rooms/pool was totally unacceptable. The pictures on the website were nothing like reality. The pool was “under construction” which was never mentioned while booking and i had a 5y old with us. I was surprised the building would be up to code it was horrible.

Cons (-) The exterior and hallways were disgusting. The room was not much better. There were stains on the carpet and smears on the walls. The pillow (if you would call them that) had no support what so ever. Every night I woke up with paid in my neck. On our last night there while I was sitting on the bed. I saw a mouse. I was glad to leave this place. Next time we are in town I will gladly pay the extra ...

Pros (+) We stayed there as vendors at the York fair. Location was decent. Price was reasonable. Room was clean enough and staff was friendly.
Cons (-) Wallpaper was falling off the wall in one corner and carpet coming up in another, but was fixed while we were out 3rd day or so. Not a luxury hotel, but it is good for the price.
