Excellent 10.0
Pros: Convenience of everything. Friendly staff. Easy booking.
Cons: Early morning 7am blower around the shops. Too noisy at this time of the day
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Good amount of space. Comfortable bed and couches. Well stocked kitchen
Cons: The tiles in the shower sloped away from the drain. So there was a little puddle in the bottom of the shower.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The bedroom bed was fine. Our son (30+) was on the sofa couch. He complained the mattress was too thin and he could feel the springs.
Cons: More comfortable sofa bed.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Absolutely everything! Spacious, very well appointed, super comfy bed, spotlessly clean (we were even serviced during our 5 nite stay). The apartment contained ALL you needed & more. The washing machine wasn't working - fixed the same day. & a broken mug was replaced likewise. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Perfect location for tour pickups, next door to the stunning GOCA, only a few minutes to the town square & shops. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
Cons: That we couldn't stay longer!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Very comfortable and close to pick up area and town square
Cons: We should have asked for an apartment on the ground. We were on the top floor and we struggled with our bags up the stairs.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: So comfortable quiet and private it was a pleasant surprise
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The size of the apartment was perfect for two couples. The Australian gums were beautiful
Cons: Na

Excellent 10.0
Pros: A beautiful apartment, large, modern, everything you need, will definitely stay here again. Amazing art on the main wall.
Excellent 8.8
We had a great time. We were there for 5 nights. The apartment was spacious and well located. The staff, Angela in reception, in particular was friendly and extremely helpful throughout our stay.
Excellent 10.0
Liked the location, close to shops and facilities
Excellent 9.5
Longitude 131 was just beautiful. We stayed for 4 days and woke up to the magnificent view of Uluru at our feet and the warm sun creeping over the hut. Amazing.. cant wait to go back. Magical place.

Excellent 9.0
Pros: there was a lot of things to do
Cons: The staff and walking the Gardens and the activities
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I thought the rooms were lovely. We had a beautiful view of the rock. The rooms were very clean and tidy.
Cons: It was a long walk from the car park to our room to carry our luggage plus then we had to walk upstairs. We didn't know there were trolleys. That would of helped if we knew. Or if we could of parked our car closer to unload.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location and quietness.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Amazing place with exceptional trips and lovely staff
Cons: Nothing, loved it all
Excellent 9.0
Pros: From Check In to Check Out we really enjoyed our 4 nights at the Desert Gardens Hotel.
Cons: Due to Covid a lot of the Resort had been closed down and that included the restaurant we really wanted to eat in to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Property was excellent. Great location, tours left from reception, comfortable and very clean.
Excellent 10.0
Cons: The receptionist insisted that we only needed to pay their rates. Because we had cash we paid all the nights we were to stay straight up. We were surprised just how much booking.com added. It was 330.00 Desert Gardens and 570.00 to Booking.com. Afterwards we were told we owed 570.00 to booking.com and had not paid. Not very happy about this, then found 570.00 taken out of my account.
Excellent 9.2
The best customer service, great room
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Lovely spacious room. Great air con in extreme clinate
Cons: Nothing
Good 6.8
Pros: Location, rooms were nice and spacious
Cons: Overpriced, highly disorganized restaurant with poor food quality.
Good 6.5
Pros: Rooms were clean and a good size. Housekeeping was tip top.
Cons: The black flys were very annoying and difficult to get away from.
Okay 4.8
Pros: Location Quality of tours
Cons: Room was not properly cleaned, patio was a disgrace - needed power washed, paint, decent furniture

Excellent 9.0
Pros: The food was very good. However it was quite limited where one can eat. If you do not want to have buffett then the options were quite limited. As a general rule we do not eat buffett. We prefer à la carte but I can understand in the current times it may be a bit difficult. Good coffee. Very comfortable hotel and enjoyed our stay
Cons: probably a bit more expensive and that it needs to be though I understand the difficulties with price and providing things. I think my main issue was the need to either have the buffett or go find yourself somewhere else to eat.we did have that one night and it was excellent. I'm not complaining about it but as a rule as discussed above we do not like it buffetts
Excellent 9.0
Pros: We were upgraded to a nicer room which was greatly appreciated. The concierge and front desk staff provided a 10/10 service - such wonderful help in assisting us with planning our activities.
Cons: The minibar was empty - I suspect this may have been due to covid.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The room with private balcony was wonderful! I love the big shower and the bed was comfortable!
Excellent 9.0
Pros: NIce rooms Safe environment
Cons: Only buffet dinners available due to COVID.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Clean, spacious
Cons: The walk to the lift
Excellent 10.0
This hotel may be expensive but will surpass your expectations. Only drawback is food and drinks are expensive, but then again this is the middle of Australia.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Stay was comfortable. Staff was good.
Cons: Small problem but my room key card did not work at first instance. That's nitpicking but I don't have any other noticeable issue.
Excellent 8.8
Not 5 star by international standard, exterior paint of building overall feels dated, but room is ok and spacious. Clean updated bathrooms. Buffet dinner was ok, small selection of food but works well for us. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Excellent 8.0
Cons: Choice for food $77 banquet - not great selections. $45 breakfast banquet over the top in price . More options for meals ..
Excellent 8.4
The hotel is the connection point for every activities in Uluru, airport transfer, visiting Uluru, and five minutes walk to town square(or waiting for bus). Crystal in the reception helped me to book my activities in Uluru, very helpful. Thanks Crystal.

Okay 5.7
Pros: Location it’s a big bucket list for most that want to see that type of beauty, but a 4-Star stay it is not—I don’t even think I saw more than 10% Aborigines and it’s on there land, I couldn’t understand that.
Cons: Almost everything, the help, the cleanliness, the obvious upselling and un accomodating service a single guy gets—might as well treat me like a pauper—from the dinner placement and glib responses. 10$ for a soda is one thing that smells like an obvious cash grab. If it wasn’t for the view and location—must would say they had enough!

Excellent 9.6
Pros: Location, value, and overall feel of the place felt youthful like a YHA
Cons: Mosquitos in our room
Okay 5.0
Pros: Nice swimming pool, although no where near enough places to sit round the pool. Reasonable bar area which served burgers and pizza shame we had to queue 30 minutes to order due to the inefficiency of the restaurant.
Cons: Extremely expensive breakfast at 38 dollars, restaurant was also expensive and you could only cook food you bought from the hotel on the BBQ, this is not clear on the website. No light on the veranda outside the room and no out door chairs or table on the veranda either.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: The location and information available
Cons: Water was a little dirty
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Wild stay at the center of Nature.
Cons: Nothing special.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Simple, but large enough for 3 people and very clean. Has comfortable shower with plenty of water.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: In one sense, it is very good, that construction and development is prohibited any further in the Uluru area, for conserving sacred Anangu land. On the other hand, it makes for a captive consumer segment, with the Pioneer lodge dormitories the only affordable option under 40 dollars in the Ayer's Rock resort complex. Everything is basic. A/C was definitely appreciated. The December rains caused flooding all over the resort. The staff was always helpful and friendly. Grocery store nearby was very convenient.
Good 7.7
Pros: Price & location near uluru. Nothing cheap on site though..but not surprising.
Mediocre 2.8
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Beds were uncomfortable bunk beds. Shower was filthy with mold on tiles. Toilet stopped up after single use. Young, poorly trained staff. I get that we're a captive audience but 270 AUD a night for a room with bunk beds is just highway robbery, however you look at it.
Excellent 8.5
Pros: Very friendly staff and rooms were always clean with a beautiful view of the rock at the lookout!
Good 6.0
Pros: Staff was good.
Cons: There are only about five hotels in the area, so there is not much competition. So you're going to pay a lot more than you would in other cities.
