Pros (+) The views of the waves and water are terrific. Wifi is ample. Pool area over the top, and great for kiddos. Beach area convenient and great, but beware the waves are overpowering and no good for small kiddos.
Cons (-) The room service food was 1 star awful. The "pizza" was an unappetizing mess. The enchiladas were bad—and this is Mexico!! The buffet options for the all inclusive are good, and that's probably the only pleasant way to go here. The management chooses to nickel and dime guest for drinking water and coffee. The coffee machine in my room had to be replaced twice, staff aren't allowed to give more tha...

Pros (+) It had its own private beach, a pool with a beautiful view, and amazing restaurants! The staff was very friendly and were always helping with simple things such as carrying out bags and opening car doors. Every room in the hotel has an amazing view of the beach. I reccomend staying here if you need a couple days or week to just relax its amazing.
Cons (-) It's a lot of walking, there was only one elevator in the entire resort, and the resort is huge! We were traveling with a 3 year old which meant holding him while we walked up and down stairs.

Pros (+) We have gone to this location for 4 years. Love the location and private beach and especially the staff. Best kept secret. Not a huge beach for walking as it is tucked away. We like that. Others might not.
Cons (-) Could improve the menu offerings on the beach and lobby bar for happy hour. Elevators were under construction which made it hard as there are many stairs.
