Difficult in communicating insurance options and variation in pricing between two identical reservation. Reservation wuited in USD but was charged in Euro at exactly same price.7.2 Good

The pick-up was fantastic and so were the people. The car was in great shape and was exactly what we asked for.Cons:
I received a charge for $920 USD which I'm still disputing at the moment. The original price was $90 USD taxes and all included for our one-day rental. This major accidental charge can startle most people and hinder their vacations with the possibility of fraud on their credit card.10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
We accidentally reserved a car in downtown Paris instead of at the airport. The airport manager worked with us to switch the reservation and provide a comparable deal. The car was great and we enjoyed our time in Paris.2.0 Poor
