The car was clean and everything went smoothly for drop off.Cons:
When I arrived to pick up the car where I was supposed to, the agency was "temporarily closed!" So I luckily managed to find my way to another budget location, but just barely.4.0 Mediocre

Cons:
The pick up location was no longer in service, but I received no notification of the change. The new location was in central Paris making pickup/drop-off extremely challenging especially on a Sunday when most of the roads are closed. Staff was unhelpful and unapologetic for the inconvenience.4.0 Mediocre
