Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, which is close to the center, airport, and bus station, making it convenient for travelers. The staff is frequently described as friendly, attentive, and helpful, contributing positively to guests' experiences. Cleanliness of rooms and common areas is generally appreciated, though some mention areas for improvement. However, several guests report issues with bed comfort, such as hard mattresses, and negative experiences with bathrooms, including water pressure, unpleasant odors, and maintenance problems. Despite these drawbacks, the overall sentiment leans positive due to the strong points of location, service, and cleanliness.
