Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's convenient location and, in several cases, the friendliness of the staff. However, many reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness, poor bathroom conditions, and inconsistent service. Some guests found the rooms spacious and comfortable, but others experienced problems with air conditioning, amenities, and maintenance. Overall, while the location and some staff interactions were positive, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, bathroom facilities, and service reliability.
