Pros (+) Location near airport great do we could get to flight next morning.
Cons (-) The water pipes had busted and the place looked like a war zone. If I had not already reserved on line I would have left and went somewhere else. I know it’s not the companies fault but it was bad!!!! The night clerk that checked us in said it broke on 3rd floor and ran down to first. Our room was on the second floor. There was already signs of mold in the bathroom, halls full of fans and cords ev...

Pros (+) The room was well cleaned and I was very happy with the available amenities.
Cons (-) The staff was professional, but not warm. Hard workers all, but didn’t create a sense of welcomeness. The beds are also very hard, which I understand is a personal preference.
