Summary of reviews

Guests say

Most guests highlight the hotel's excellent location in Alcudia's old town, with many appreciating the convenience and charm of the area. Breakfast is frequently described as enjoyable, and several guests found the beds comfortable. However, there are repeated complaints about service, particularly regarding check-in difficulties, lack of staff presence, and unclear communication. The bathrooms also receive criticism for issues such as cleanliness, size, and maintenance problems like leaks and unpleasant odors. Overall, while the setting and some amenities are well-liked, service and bathroom conditions detract from the experience.
