Normal simple RyanAir flight, as long as one does not eat food or buy a glass of wine at £8each.

Priority on-boarding was fine to start with, until the later passengers started bringing on too much hand luggage and long coats stuffed with clothes, and stuff. Cabin Staff just wanted to get away as fast as and gave up preventing these degenerate snowflake freeloaders from stuffing their bits and pieces in several storage cabins along the cabin. Of course these people went to all of the lockers in turn and rifled through them as their stuff was spread across several lockers. Luckily my bag, with it’s many padlocks, was completely locked down, and it survived an attempt to open it. My partner was not so lucky, however. Clearly the cabin staff are under pressure to get moving and keep the passengers happy. But it is obvious to m that these ‘later’ passengers are working a scam to steal from other passengers. RyanAir need to make these argumentative over packers, put their stuff in the hold, without question or get off. Off-boarding was also a joke, the priority boarders at the front of the plane that Paid the most, had to get on a bus to the terminal that was the last to move...so forcing a lengthy queue at passport control, it took over an hour to get into the terminal. As the less exoerienced traveller faffled about with their documents, multiple children, and no queueing system. It was chaos on the Spanish side. RyanAir would avoid the delays by having better trained assertive staff, and a little better administration on the ground to ensure that priority boarders get what they paid for. Otherwise I might as well fly SwissAir, or Lufthansa, which are only a 15% price point away. [after seat booking and other RyanAir add on costs.] Passenger===Disappointed [and literally was robbed in flight.]

You get what you pay for. That is exactly what easyJet is. Do not accept anything more. Some passengers decide that they are allowed 2,3 even 4 pieces of hand luggage! That annoys the crew and they make EVERYONE check the sizes of the luggage. That is just annoying. You know you’re only allowed one piece. Why bring more? To get from a to b this is the best service you’ll ever find. I have used it many time and have had no problems, personally. It’s amazing value for money.

Annoying people who think that they can get away with more hand luggage. It’s not going to work. Stop doing this as the crew will make you put it all in one bag. It’s not worth it!! Pay for an extra bag if you need to!! It just annoys the rest of us!

Smooth take-off and landing, no major issues on the flight to report.

We were taken by coach to a plane bound for Paris and were than told to disembark, to be taken to the correct plane for Palma! In the process a mother and her son that were left on the wrong plane had to be collected, before we could take off, which delayed the flight by 45 minutes.

The boarding started late (30 min before supposed departure), took much longer than expected because we needed to use the bus. Then we waited another hour on the tarmac. We were told it would be only a few minutes. Then we were told we would make up for the lost time, but that wasn't true and an additional half hour was lost on a holding pattern at LHR. We missed our connection. The instructions were unclear on what to do (contradiction between flight attendants and ground crew). By the time we picked up new boarding passes, we had already missed that flight as well and had to go to the customer service, which took another 45 min. Flight entertainment didn't work the first hour. There was a high pitched beeping sound during the whole flight (not the regular airplane noise).

The flight we ended up taking was just fine. The crew was very nice, most of the food was good, and the seats were comfortable even in stowage.

Our flight was about 10 hours so we got 2 meals, 1 hot 1 cold. The hot meal had a vegetarian option and that was acceptable. The cold meal was a chicken salad sandwich with no other choices. As a vegetarian we tried to take off the chicken salad part and just eat the rest but that didn't leave much. Vegetarian options for all meals would have been nice.

There was no in flight entertainment, not even a water service after I boarded. They offered a meal purchase but since it was a short flight a meal wasn't necessary. At least a free drink of water should have been offered to the passengers

You basically have to step out of the airport to go on the runway, to reach a secondary building right next to the plan. The issue is that its freezing outside and in this building. And since it's a boarding gate you easily have to wait 20-30 minutes standing up in the cold. Even worse, some people couldn't fit in the building since the line was too long, so they had to wait outside by -1°C.

Because of a problem at the car rental place we were not able to check our bags until 50 minutes before the flight. British Airways would not take the bags and we missed our flights Neither webjet who had booked our flight or British Airways would help us figure out a new flight. We had to buy a whole new flight.

Awful (typically BA) configuration im Club World on a 787 - cramped, inadequate storage, just lacking essential comfort for a supposed premium class. Food: seriously, I've had better in student cafes. Just stop it BA - its like some kind of prison food. Entertainment: meh. Small selection of new release movies. Crew: with the exception of one - just one from a complement of 15 odd - of the crew, the rest were a surly, inhospitable miserable bunch. If you hate your job don't take it out on customers - especially in a service industry.

Mostly the crew made me feel welcomed. They were polite and courteous, when I ordered hot food, they advised there would be a delay, but promptly delivered it after. When they forgot my drink, they did not seem put out to get it for me.

When I boarded, I was asked by a lady at the gate how many months I was pregnant, I felt her manner could have been more polite, and that, since she had noticed I was pregnant and I was quite tired, I might have been given a bit of priority to get to my seat, but I was stood in the queue and had quite a wait.
