Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, friendly and professional staff, high level of service, clean rooms, and quality breakfast. Many enjoyed beautiful views and comfortable stays, with special mentions for staff members who went above and beyond. However, some guests noted that the rooms and hotel facilities are old and in need of renovation, and a few found the rooms, especially triples, to be small. Noise and air conditioning issues were also mentioned, but overall, the positives outweighed the negatives for most visitors.
