9.0 Excellent
Pros: Steam room was out of order but sauna was fab and so was swimming pool. Clean. Other half forgot to pack outfit for wedding next day so staff directed us to the East Midlands Outlet stores where thankfully M&S saved the day. Plenty spaces for car parking. Breakfast was great too, staff were really polite and helpful. Iron and ironing board in room. Nice quiet location.
Cons: Only downfall was no lifts but there is only one flight of stairs so it probably wouldn't be worth it.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Room/bathroom selection of breakfast
Cons: Our bedroom window faced the hotels plant room? Which had ventilation grills, I could hear not my wife a low tone fan type noise generated in the plant room through out the night?

Pros: I liked that my room was clean and had a bath.
Cons: I didn’t like how the picture on the booking website did not equate to the room I received I was very disappointed. The whirring heating pipes going on all night behind the bed were also an issue to me. I really liked this hotel but after my stay in room 241 I’m undecided if I will return.

7.0 Good
Pros: Nice rooms, clean, comfortable beds and breakfast was very reasonably priced. Staff was very helpful and sorted out our problems promptly. The location of the place was ideal for us, and there seemed to be a lively bar and restaurant.
Cons: We were in the downstairs family room to start with, which was directly over the function room. When we checked in nobody mentioned that there will be a loud disco going on. I had to go and ask for a different room as it was impossible to sleep due to the noise. Credit to the staff, they quickly prepared and opened another (smaller but still adequate) room, which was further away from the party at 22:00...

Pros: Absolutely gorgeous location, amazing host and a wonderful property. My guest is a vegan and the host was very accommodative of this considering we gave no prior information on this due to a last minute booking. We’re very grateful for the effort and really enjoyed our stay. 5 star breakfast as well!
Cons: There was nothing we didn’t like, the only advice I have is that there wasn’t a sign to say where the bnb was once off of the main road. However this wasn’t much of an issue as we were greeted immediately upon arrival.

Pros: Immaculately clean! Great hearty breakfast, continental and cooked. Home made bread toasted was lovely. Everything in the suite was there, shampoos, coffee machine, biscuits, water etc. Beds were comfortable. The cleaning lady was lovely, although everyone was to be fair.
Cons: A bit too much chintz for us. Could really do with a declutter.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A brilliant stay
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The attention to detail was stunning. Nothing was too much trouble, the staff were lovely, the room was gorgeous, and we felt thoroughly spoilt!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The full English Breakfast was probably the best I had ever had. The bathrooms are luxurious with a spa and body showers. Large bed and lush linen just adds to the quality.
Cons: The wifi didn't work for me, which was surprising as most people in previous reviews had said nice things about it. The staff was helpful and they shared their private wifi with us.
7.9 Good
Pros: The farm is tranquil and very much a working family set up, which is nice. It had a lovely feel and the location is stunning for the peak district.
Cons: My only gripe was the bathroom had dead bugs in the bath which suggested it may have been a couple of days since it was last cleaned/looked at. If it had just had an eye over it in the morning before our arrival I think it would have been sorted. Not a major issue but just took a little edge of the feeling of cleanliness.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: This modestly sized country hotel was a delightful surprise. From the outside it looks like any other farm but in fact it as a very nice and comfortable, well run country hotel with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside and pretty gardens.
Cons: There was nothing to dislike. The lanes allowing access to the property are very narrow and essentially one way with passing places but this is the nature of the Derbyshire dales!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We were given a free upgrade as our room didn't have a bath and I wanted a bath, we got an amazing suite with a huge round jacuzzi bath and four poster bed! Thank you Martin. The breakfast was execptional, best breakfast we have had.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Joan host very welcoming and let us book in early when our car broke down. English breakfast with homemade bread and local produce was fabulous. Lovely farm location
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Very friendly people only stayed one night but very comfortable

7.1 Good
Pros: Lovely location
Cons: Felt tired and reception staff were unfriendly. Bathroom full of exposed pipes. One tiny shower gel and shampoo to share. One pack of biscuits too. I was expecting something really special and it was very ordinary. Hairdryer also broken and when we took it to reception instead of an immediate replacement and apology the receptionist plugged it in and tried it saying she had to do that as people don’t always know how to press the buttons. She then agreed it was broken and said a replacement would be delivered. 10 minutes later when my hair was almost dry one was brought with an apology for the wait
7.9 Good
Pros: Beautiful building , some building work going on . Staff all very friendly and a great breakfast
Cons: Rooms very spacious but too hot and unable to turn down the radiators .
6.0 Good
Pros: Very clean and lovely towels. Room overlooked the countryside so beautiful views.
Cons: The room was cold and I had to ask each day for the heating to be put on. Uncomfortably cold.
