Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, historic charm, and friendly staff. Many appreciated the beautiful lobby and the character of the building. However, there are frequent complaints about cleanliness, with several guests mentioning dirty rooms, carpets, and bathrooms. Noise from the nearby train station and within the hotel is a common issue, disturbing sleep for some. The restaurant is often closed or under renovation, disappointing guests who wished to dine on-site. Despite these drawbacks, the spacious rooms and helpful service are highlights for many visitors.
