Summary of reviews
Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's excellent location near Amboseli and the Kilimanjaro views. Some appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the unique safari atmosphere and wildlife around the property. However, many reviews noted issues with cleanliness, especially in bathrooms and the pool, and several guests were dissatisfied with the food quality and variety, particularly at breakfast. The property was described as somewhat rundown by multiple guests, and service experiences varied from very positive to disappointing. Overall, the location and views were the main highlights, while cleanliness and food were common concerns.AI-generated from customer reviews
