Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to access city attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. Many appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms. Comfortable beds were noted by several guests, contributing to a restful stay. However, a recurring complaint was the lack of an elevator, with many finding the steep and narrow stairs challenging, especially with luggage or for families. Some guests also mentioned issues with air conditioning and noise levels, but overall, the positive aspects of location, service, and cleanliness stood out.
