Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore Amsterdam and access public transport. Many reviewers appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the comfort of the beds. However, several guests complained about excessive noise from the street and nearby bars, as well as issues with cleanliness in some rooms. While the value for price and amenities were sometimes mentioned positively, noise and cleanliness concerns were recurring negatives.
