Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, which is close to key attractions and transport. Some found the staff friendly and helpful, though others noted unfriendliness or lack of responsiveness. Cleanliness was a major concern, with multiple reports of dirty rooms, beds, and bathrooms. Many guests complained about uncomfortable beds, noise, and lack of amenities such as air conditioning or elevators. Shared bathrooms and small room sizes were also frequently mentioned as negatives. Overall, the location is the hotel's strongest asset, but improvements are needed in cleanliness, comfort, and facilities.AI-generated from customer reviews
