Excellent breakfast with good selection of bread, cold cuts, cheese, fruits, yoghurt and on demand cappuccino. Pretty good location in a quiet place but still close to the main places in Anacapri. The building itself is lovely, well maintained and really relaxing

Pros: A very nice place to stay and the location is excellent. It is around 5 mins walk to the main street, with lots of restaurants and convenient stores. Owners were very nice, helpful and made us feel welcome. They often gave us advice on places to visit and transportation around the island. This information was great and much appreciated. The rooms look more spacious and better in real life than in the pictures displayed. They were also very clean, comfortable and the aircon was great!

The superior room was clean and spacious with all amenities and a big balcony with sea view. The breakfast spread was good. Cons: WiFi was unstable on our room (which was on the first floor - router seemed to be on ground floor next to the entrance and close but the connection kept falling). Our hostess was friendly and welcoming but a bit confused with our documents/booking (at first she gave back the documents from another couple with clearly very different photos from ours and asked to see our reservation again). It was all good though, just a bit funny/strange. Maybe it was because of this confusion, but she also didn't show us the main touristic points in the map like most bnbs do (not that it mattered for us)

Cons: I was a bit confused as I thought that the pool was a part of the B&B but it is not, and in fact, it is a part of another hotel that is 10 mins walking distance. We did visit the pool, which was nice and comfortable. The breakfast was ok, but I would have preferred sitting at my own table rather than sharing with other guests of the B&B.

Cons: Only. A small point but you must be aware you are about 1 km. from the village. The free transfer from Anacapri on arrival and departure (or paid transfer to and from the port) mean you will not struggle with cases but you still have to walk during your stay.

Cons: The staff, basically the owner and his wife came off racist as we are Indian, not very approachable or friendly only to us; though they seemed extra friendly to Ukrainians and other white folks who stayed there. Every encounter, chat with them was uncomfortable. Least expected from a touristy place like Capri. Other Italians we met at Capri were really nice people, just the owner and wife who run this B&B were rude and unwelcoming.

Pros: Well this b&b was an absolute delight. It is set up high above Ana Capri with the most stunning view. The hosts are so friendly and make you feel most welcome from the moment you arrive. Nothing is too much for them, and the shuttle service from the bus station was so very welcome. The rooms in the hotel are beautifully decorated and have the most stunning view across the bay to the island of Ischia and Bay of Naples, the sunset here in the evening was just fantastic! The breakfast was more than adequate with wonderful fresh croissants, fresh fruits, yoghurts, cheese and meats, and freshly made coffee, what more could you ask for? This is a lovely family run business and has a very relaxing and homely feel. Just when you think it has everything you need, you come across the beautiful sun terrace with a plunge pool, another very welcoming extra which this beautiful hotel offers, after spending a hot busy day exploring the island of Capri. This hotel is a fantastic gem, hidden in the hills. We had the most amazing stay, thank you!

Pros: Everything was good really. A little bit tricky first-day-rout from a bus stop to hostel became a familiar-easy-way next day. We enjoyed the location of our place a lot, there you don't feel locked in a box of your room, you have all big garden as well, an excelent view and freedom. Our room was decorated lovely, with good taste, it was warm, there are central heating that work from 6pm and a conditioner as well. Luciana is a great example of very good thoughtful host. She gave us a very good piece of advice where to go and what to see. I can highly recomend this appartment if you are active and open-mind traveller.

The Owner, Luciana, was so helpful and attentive, with many tips on how to make the most of the secrets of the beautiful island of Capri. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend Il Tramonto to anyone. One note, you do need to be reasonably able to cope with steps and steep slopes to be able to enjoy Capri to the full.

She gave plenty of recommendations, helped rebooked our ferry at no cost, help to arrange our luggage as the property is a bit of a walk up the stairs, prepared delicious breakfast for all her guest with plenty of home made food. The property has a beautiful view and the sunset is just spectacular. The room was spacious for the 2 of us and it was clean. All in all it was a perfect stay. Highly recommended! I wish I could stay here longer.

Pros: Family owns too a Cafè up the street, Bar Grotta Azzurra where they serve in the morning a delicious breakky. You can see chefs doing croissant, pizza, cakes and gelato. The cafè is brand new with blue and white tiles, one of the coolest and yummy places I've been during my trip in Italy. The Villa is lovely, great location, easy to go around and has also a great view on the sunset, even better from the cute design pool. I'll be back for sure! Thanks Fabrizio & Azzurra

Pros: Location! Hotel locates near the most useful places as bus station, markets, bars and Villa San Michele (15 min by foot)! Be note that for arriving in that places you should follow through main road around 5-7 min without pedestrian zone and traffic can be very noisy!
Cons: There was not a typically sea view but sunsets were very nice)

Pros: Perfectly located in Anacapri for walking to town. The outdoor space was fabulous and inviting, there is a hot tub and is very nice space for see the sunset. Our hosts were gracious and exceedingly helpful. Our room was cute, simply and clean. The breakfast is at their family café, where there is the pastry laboratory. Very nice palce!

Pros: Perfect Location to discover the little town of Anacapri, not far away, just one step from Restaurant, Shops and Cafe. Nice Sunset view. Room was very clean and the staff super! We’ll be back for sure! On of the best Cappuccino ever tried in my life at their family Cafe..

Pros: Family owns too a Cafè up the street, Bar Grotta Azzurra where they serve in the morning a delicious breakky. You can see chefs doing croissant, pizza, cakes and gelato. The cafè is brand new with blue and white tiles, one of the coolest and yummy places I've been during my trip in Italy. The Villa is lovely, great location, easy to go around and has also a great view on the sunset, even better from the cute design pool. I'll be back for sure! Thanks Fabrizio & Azzurra

Pros: Our stay was awesome! Check in was very easy. We met the host at breakfast the next morning and she was very accommodating to my vegetarian diet. The room was clean and comfortable.

Pros: Lovely staff, we loved that it was small and personal. The place is beautifully decorated and the garden lay out and pool is amazing! Really wonderfully finished. The bed was really comfortable and the breakfast was nice too! We really enjoyed our stay.
Cons: The only negative is the road was quite noisy so woken up a few times but this cannot be helped. Lovely stay thank you!
