Hotel itself was decent and good location. My one and only complaint was it snowed while I was there twice. While they plowed the parking lot, they failed to put down sufficient ice melt, sand, etc.. afterwards. Parking lot was a treacherous ice rink the remainder of my stay which was over a week’s time. Cons (-) They still haven't figured out how to operate in the time of COVID. Cons (-) Would have liked to see the edges of the carpet in the hallways cleaned. Did mention this, and they were going to address it.
