This scam and fake rental compay is a private company out of Ankara airport and doesn't have any office inside the airport as usual. I had a very difficult time to call the this man who couldn't speak English and I had to find a stranger at airport who speak Turkish and use his phone. At the end he made stupid excuse that my one year valid international drive license must be 2 years even though I had no problem renting car with valid drive license. and the charged me for the car which I couldn't rent and I am very disappointed from this website and no one has responded to me about this issue.
I’m still waiting my money to return to my because I not get the car the one working in the airport office he don’t speak English and he don’t know how to use the system they told me he can’t hold money from my card for deposit and I not get the car and I can’t explain for him that I paid and he must refund the money for me . I rent other car from other car rental and I paid more money and I lost my first payment because I used your website anyway the other car rental shop he used the same card which the windy car rental was can’t be used
