Pros (+) The shower was always hot and the room was clean.
Cons (-) The beds are very hard and it was odd that the housekeepers had their child with them while cleaning.

Pros (+) This property is convenient to the Michigan campus, and close to area highways, so it makes it easy to get where you need to go anywhere in the area. Not very fancy, but clean and comfy.
Cons (-) The structure is an old fashioned motel, so room doors face the parking lot. That was no problem for me, but might be for others.

Pros (+) Clean, helpful staff, housekeeping replenished everything we needed, TV worked and had cable channels
Cons (-) wifi was spotty, the deadbolt on our door did not work and part of the surround around the deadbolt was ripped from the wall, inability to manually control the a/c
