The young man at the front desk during our stay couldn't have been more helpful. The hotel itself is located in the old town in a beautifully renovated building which is a couple ofhundred years old and has a wonderful atmosphere. We would happily return here for a longer stay.
Very friendly staff, great location, excellent breakfast.
Lovely location but tired facility. Extremely pleasant and obliging staff. The owners should give management the goal to at least fix all the loose locks, dangling wires, cracked garden lights and wobbly fans before attacking the out of date and rusty shower stalls and unacceptable common usage washrooms of the restaurant as just a few examples. A potentially perfect place with minimal investment and a possibly outstanding facility with a modernization of the rooms. Will be back after the former is completed.
We liked the quietness of the location of this hotel and the proximity to the bazaars and the harbour. The food in the restaurant was very good and service was quick.
good hotel with a good welcome from the staff -
it's located in central area
The staff does not speak english. Room cleaning service very poor or absent at all. The staff is absolutely disinterested in satisfy guest needs.
Hotel was very peaceful and calm atmosphere. The staff are first rate, nothing was too much trouble.
Perhaps a little more choice for evening meal as opposed to just one choice.
The staff and the environment in the courtyard.
The standard rooms are small.
New hotel, clean, good bath room, TV with lots of channels, friendly and helpful staff.
Nothing
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was well designed and kept clean. The food was lovely. All in all we had a very enjoyable stay.
