Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's central location and generally friendly, helpful staff. However, many reviews highlighted serious concerns about cleanliness, including reports of bedbugs and dirty rooms. Noise was a frequent issue, with several guests mentioning it was difficult to sleep due to thin walls or street noise. Safety and the surrounding neighborhood were also major concerns for guests, with some feeling uncomfortable or unsafe. Overall, while the location and staff were positives, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, noise insulation, and safety.

Pros (+) The people that work in the hotel were nice
Cons (-) There where fleas in my bed and I had an allergic reaction. Also the neighborhood is horrible. Every time we took a taxi they told us to be careful because it was very dangerous. It’s is located in a street that is full of immigrants
