Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's prime location, making it easy to access major attractions, restaurants, and shops on foot. The staff received high marks for their friendliness, helpfulness, and professionalism, with several guests highlighting specific employees for outstanding service. Breakfast was frequently described as delicious, varied, and a highlight of the stay. Cleanliness was also positively noted in several reviews. However, a few guests expressed disappointment with the room size, describing some rooms as small or cramped, and there were isolated negative comments about breakfast and service. Overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives, and many guests highly recommended the hotel.
