Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, views, and proximity to attractions like Takapuna beach, cafes, and shops. However, many reviews highlight issues with cleanliness, such as dirty carpets, old bathrooms, and infrequent room cleaning. Several guests found the beds uncomfortable, and amenities like the restaurant, bar, and pool were often unavailable or outdated. Parking is available but considered expensive by some guests. Overall, while the location and views are strong positives, improvements in cleanliness, amenities, and parking costs are needed.
