highway noise can be a bit loud; perhaps more trees between the highway and the hotel would help screen the noise and would also improve the feel of the property. evening staff was great.

Pros (+) I had a meeting near the capital and this hotel fit my budget. I took a back way that was faster than getting on I-35. Hotel has a nice appearance, room and bed was good, no complaints. The breakfast was average with a decent selection (powdered eggs) but the nice part was it's in the restaurant with plenty of room.
Cons (-) It's tough to get to because of where it's situated (one-way roads).
