Pros (+) The roof over the walkways are rotted and leaking. Floors and furniture are stained. Noisy plumbing. If you're just looking for a place to stop and sleep, I guess this will save you from sleeping in a WaMart parking lot. Otherwise, there really isn't a lot to praise.

Pros (+) How quickly I was changed rooms after we let them know we did not want a smoking room because the smell was too strong.
Cons (-) Even though we were moved quickly, the water was extremely hot could not shower, brush teeth, wash hands etc. Had to shower in the tub with a cup in order to keep water from burning.
