We loved everything from the beautiful decor & showers in the rooms, to the delicious breakfast buffet, the trendy rooftop bar overlooking the skyline and last but not least the amazing pool deck and recreational area. I loved it so much that I signed up for the Accor loyalty program!
Staff was what you would expect at a high end hotel. Bed was a 10.
They did not charge for the use of the elevator. Wifi and parking were by the day so an overnight stay resulted in 2 days of charges. Total $60. Not the smartest way to build your brand.
beautiful place, excellent customer service
Pillows were nice
Food could have been better
Super clean, bed was cozy. Staff was very professional and friendly. Room service gifted us milk and cookies for our anniversary and valet wiped my car down. This was our third time staying at Fairmont. We will continue to visit.
Menu is very limited for vegan options.
5-star hotel. Great location and great value. Pool area is very nice for the kids. Couldn’t ask for anything better.
The pool been there many times
To accommodate me with a room.
Loved the venue, rooms, and service.
Service at the pool was horrible. They need more waiters for busy weekends.
Better parking arrangement
Luxury Hotel w/ Great Austin Views
The entire experience from check-in to check-out. Nearly everything you need is onsite, and great access to downtown, incl. Rainey Street bars/restaurants and Sixth Street.
Parking at $32/night is additional, requires just a bit of learning how to use the room key to get in and out of the garage underneath the hotel. Easy once you know how to use the proximity sensor on the exit gate, though.
One of my new Austin favorites!
The staff were all extremely friendly. The pool was one of the best in town, and the price couldn't be beat. I suspect we won't be paying $149 for this place next year. I highly recommend getting a room ending in 59....best view in the hotel, trust me.
Afternoon sun blazing into the windows in the lobby bar/lounge area. They need to get some shades in the windows near the top. We left because it got too bad.
We loved the pool and the overall feel of the Fairmont. It’s high-end feel and beautiful city views makes it a great staycation location!
Overnight parking $45 per night!! Self Parking $35 per night...Ouch!
