Pros (+) I loved the cleanliness and how quiet the hotel was.
Cons (-) I had an issue with the front desk. When I arrived, no one was at the front desk. It was about a minute before an employee arrived. The lobby was empty. As I stood at the check-in desk, an older white man came in And also stood in line. When the employee finally showed up, he greeted and assisted the man that was behind me.
