Pros (+) Friendly staff and good location. Cheap for the area.
Cons (-) Rooms are tired and dirty—they need a fresh coat of paint & new wallpaper (visibly stained). The bathrooms are really dirty with plenty of black mould on the grouting around the shower. Some of the electrics didn’t work. It feels like the owner doesn’t spend much/anything on room upkeep or maintenance.
