Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location near major attractions, shopping, and public transportation, making it convenient for travel and leisure. However, many reviews express strong dissatisfaction with cleanliness, citing issues such as bugs, dirty rooms, and old facilities. Service is also frequently criticized, with complaints about unfriendly staff, poor maintenance, and unhelpful management. Overall, while the location is a major advantage, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness and service to meet guest expectations.
