For the first morning, the buffet spread was basic and minimal, although there was an option to order something made on the spot for you from a menu. I ordered french toast from the menu (delicious), but the cereal was already stale inside the packaging when I tried it. I suspect the average service is due to a declining clientele. I was the only guest there for breakfast when I came down. Orange juice and hot chocolate was good. For the second morning, there was an actual buffet spread (rice, chicken, veggie, eggs, etc) and there were a lot more guests. That was nice, and the orange juice again as well. I only saw 2-3 staff regularly during my stay. They spoke almost zero English but I could see them trying their best to help me with translating apps, which I appreciated.
Too far from public transport. The nearest BTS train station is Phra Kanong, which is a whopping 30-35 minute walk away. I didn't really mind walking off the calories from breakfast, but it is a huge pain when you are trying to get back to the hotel quickly after a tiring day out. Fastest way would be by bike/tuk tuk/taxi, but it's more expensive than the train (which is my preferred mode of transport) There was one occasion where the cleaning lady tried opening my room door when I had hung the 'DO NOT DISTURB' sign outside. It was a good thing I had locked the door with the latch mechanism so it couldn't be opened fully, but that got on my nerves a little bit. Not sure if she did not see the sign or just thought I had left it there by mistake, but I don't think it's acceptable.
The whole staff were all helpful and considerate. The price for the breakfast included in the prices was worth it and the place was lovely.
Once I needed to make it to the airport one of the workers drove me to the subway .
Besides the ac not working that great everything was awesome
Customer Care Very Good.
Need Brake Fast is Little Better.
The location worked well for us because of family who lived nearby. Other than that, nothing extraordinary. The staff are friendly and area quiet enough :)
The shower hose was leaking and many lightbulbs were broken or mismatching. Nothing that made it inhabitable and just small things, really.
