Pros (+) The hotel is conveniently located on the river within walking distance to a river boat stop (N. 16). The river boats are a fast and cost effective way to travel Bangkok.
Cons (-) The hotel is not set up for US or English-only speaking tourists, which is understandable, but good for other travelers to know. For example, the ground transport kiosk listed both taxi and limo services; however, when we tried to book a taxi to the airport the hotel staff member kept trying to sell us a limo ride to airport.
