Really bad service by the personnel, simple requests seemed like impossible tasks. A lot of eye rolling and rude responses.
Employees on front desk extremely helpful and responsive, great location at the heart of the down town Lisbon
The staff , particularly the kitchen and restaurant staff went above and beyond to make our stay as relaxed as possible (when travelling with several children). The neighborhood is calm with some playground nearby
Would have been nice to have a pool during the summer time
Bed was too firm. No closet space no shelf in the shower broken toilet seat and no fitness facility.
Loved the staff and the facilities. Beautiful and comfortable room.
Although it is located close to the nice Blai street, the closest subway station is not so close (about 10 min walk). If you’re carrying heavy luggage, it may seem even farther.
Barcelona, the capital city of Catalonia, is one of the great cities to see not just in Spain, but in all of Europe. When you plan a vacation in Europe, Barcelona needs to be at the top of the list because the city has many great sights to see. Whether you are looking for exceptional cuisine or want to see the story of a people that indefatigably maintain their own identity despite some of the most crushing regimes, Catalonia has it all and then some. Staying in Barcelona’s best hotels means booking a room at the Hotel Grums. The Hotel Grums is centrally located in Barcelona. There are so many great sights within walking distance, including Baudi’s masterpiece cathedral, the Sagrada Familia. You can look out the big windows and see some amazing sights. Soccer fans will enjoy a walk to the Nou Camp to see FC Barcelona. Few sports teams are as connected to a region as this one, and Hotel Grums is ideally located to see the Blaugrana. The complimentary WiFi and excellent décor add yet more Catalan class to the hotel. Dining in Barcelona is an absolute treat. Some of the best Spanish food actually comes from Catalonia. Terroir is the in-house restaurant and offers some great Catalan food. One of the best things to do though is take a walk outside the hotel. There are many great local restaurants that offer excellent Catalan food. Barcelona has no shortage of good eating. Staying in the Hotel Grums is a great way to experience the crown jewel of Catalonia.
