Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to the airport, restaurants, and downtown attractions. The service received high marks for friendliness, helpfulness, and accommodating staff, with several guests highlighting positive experiences at the front desk and with housekeeping. Cleanliness was another strong point, with many reviews mentioning clean and comfortable rooms. Free parking was appreciated by some guests. However, there were occasional complaints about minor maintenance issues, breakfast not being included, and some service inconsistencies, but overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives.AI-generated from customer reviews
