Pros (+) The Botanic Rest is just ok. It gets the job done, no frills. It’s allure is it’s location. It’s decently close to the city center, it’s a few blocks from the Botanic Avenue train station, and its around the corner from the Empire (a great little pub).
Cons (-) The whole aesthetic was a bit old looking (lots of nicks on the walls, peeling paint, etc). The bedside table looked like it was going to collapse if you breathed on it.
