Room could have been cleaner. Also noisy at night due to machinery possibly air conditioning unit running all night at back of hotel.
Great bed, nice staff that helped with everything I needed. It takes a bit to walk to the centre of Belfast, but on a good weather it's not a problem and there are few sights to see on the way. There are a few very good restaurants nearby the hotel and the small main street is nearby as well with cafes and other facilities.
The view from the window was not nice, but quiet and calm. The queen's quarter is on the poorer side so you'll see some abandoned buildings and poorer people around, but that doesn't ruin anything. The luggage trolley was broken when I was visiting.
On arrival Melissa made us feel very welcome. Amanda and Melissa assisted us with our enquiries. Room was spacious and clean. We had a medical emergency and Amanda acted swiftly, professionally and calmly and called ambulance etc. All staff ensured my husband and I were cared for and provided water and snacks to take to hospital. I was overwhelmed with their kindness and understanding. I do not know what we would of done if these beautiful people had not been so organised, calm and caring. Thank you again
The hotel was in a great location with bars and restaurants close by. The hotel is a mix of old building features (large bay window in our room) and modern (furniture and comfy bed). The staff were very friendly and free parking a bonus. Would definitely stay again.
Beyond the bedrooms, ibis Belfast Queens Quarter ticks off everything you need in an affordable hotel: an on-site restaurant for daytime snacks and evening à la carte, a welcoming, 24hr lobby bar for enjoying a nightcap or two (we suggest indulging in a t asty local gin and getting competitive over a board game), and an unlimited, hearty breakfast spread every single morning. And it's all topped off with the warmest welcome from our friendly hotel staff.
