we have stayed here before, and this time was an even better room. It was very spacious and quiet on the 2nd floor. our room had been updated, and the beds were very comfortable. Very convenient location 5 mins from downtown Bellevue.

Guests say
Most guests found the hotel's location convenient and appreciated the comfortable beds. However, there were frequent complaints about cleanliness, with several guests mentioning dirty rooms, carpets, and bathrooms. Service was also a common issue, with reports of rude or unhelpful staff. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some guests enjoying it while others found it lacking. Overall, while the location and bed comfort were positives, cleanliness and service need improvement.AI-generated from customer reviews

The place is very old and it needs to be replaced by a modern hotel. The linens were clean and the bed was very comfortable. If you are staying more than one night,They don’t make your room unless you ask. The cleaning staff were good but the rest didn’t seem to care. The location is great
Pros (+) So so

Cons (-) Only one ice machine for the whole place
Pros (+) Good location. Great value for money compared with other hotels in area. Staff very good.
Cons (-) Perhaps more breakfast options
Pros (+) The location was good
Cons (-) The food

Cons (-) The breakfast buffet was horrible. I couldn’t eat it. Pancakes tasted like cardboard. Eggs were bland. Bacon was burned. The staff was a little rude at check-in. Peoyno longer appreciate the value of service.
Pros (+) Room easy access to parking
Cons (-) Front desk mess up my room from two beds to one, have to wait for a long time to adjust it. Bit loud
