Summary of reviews

Guests say
The reviews reveal a mixed experience at the hotel. Many guests praised the breakfast, describing it as tasty and varied, and highlighted the value for money, with several mentioning the hotel as a good budget option. Spacious rooms were also appreciated by guests. However, there were recurring complaints about cleanliness, particularly the presence of cockroaches, and negative experiences with service, including unhelpful staff and issues with booking, check-in, and check-out. While some guests found the amenities and atmosphere pleasant, others noted maintenance issues and strict or inflexible policies. Overall, the positives centered on breakfast, value, and room size, but there are significant areas for improvement, especially in cleanliness and service.
